I did a double take when I saw this and immediately dug out this:http://www.pbase.com/image/122451918 taken in Famagusta, northern Cyprus, which used to be under Venetian rule. Interesting that Gorizia is located close to Nova Gorica in Slovenia as well. Anyway, nice capture!
