GMRC 263/DASW at Chester

DASW with CLP 306, VTR 308 and VTR 312 enter the west end of the Chester siding with 10 cars in tow to allow 264 head west. The extra power on DASW (VTR 308 and VTR 312) is for an extra move on Sunday from Bellows Falls to Rutland.
