白樺
白樺樹生長於海拔400米至4,100米的地區，常見於闊葉落葉林、針葉闊葉混交林中，
目前尚未由人工引種栽培。
其樹皮以白色著稱，只要用刀將白樺輕輕一劃，樹皮就會層層剝離，
白樺樹皮除可用來寫字、製作工藝品外，也被提煉成白樺油，供化妝品香料使用。
甘醇可口的白樺樹汁液，含果糖、葡萄糖及木糖醇、有機酸及礦物質等成分。
