I think these two are performing a courtship flight although such
behavior is not mentioned in the resources I have. The closest one (a female?)
circled the far one (male) while it fluttered motionless in an exaggerated arch.
There was also the well-documented courtship feeding by the male of a fish to
a female occurring on the water in the same area several times by this (?) and other pairs.
