I'm reading Ivo Andric's novel The Bridge on the Drina, and I have this strong desire to visiting this area. Unfortunately I won't be able to realize this dream until the summer. Ideally I'd like to rent a small place for about a month to get a real feeling of the region, not just a quick touristic view. Anyone has any lodging recommendation?
