(3) Do not use acid solution. 2. Regular inspection and maintenance of the plane labeling machine: Periodic inspection of the machine should be carried out in order to maintain the normal operation of the machine, including but not limited to the following aspects. (1) Clean up discarded paper scraps and debris. (2) Remove the oil residue from the drum and the edge. (3) Soft brush or cloth to clean the lens of the sensor. (4) Replace the fuse regularly. This equipment uses an AC power supply, and a fuse should be used to prevent overload. (5) Anti-rust, use anti-rust oil to spray all stainless steel and iron parts, and gently wipe with a soft cloth. It is recommended to use Om-40 anti-rust oil. (6) After each replacement of the primary and medium-efficiency filters, the internal wall panels, fans, heaters, coolers, and diffusers of the air-conditioning unit should be thoroughly cleaned, and dust, dirt, and oil stains should be wiped off. There are dead ends, and then install the primary and medium-efficiency filters. The interior of the system should be cleaned once every half a month, first wipe the interior with a wet rag, and then use a dry rag to perform a comprehensive cleaning. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, the four frames and surrounding areas where the filter is installed should be wiped clean with a wet clean cloth, and repeated three times. The high-efficiency filter should be installed immediately after wiping.
