During my recent visit to Connecticut for my niece's graduation from Wesleyan I stayed at the Hagers' in Bloomfield. I brought along a framed photo of my wild rose photo, taken on Scout Mountain, Pocatello, in June, 2003 on the East Fork, Mink Creek Trail not far from the trailhead. (Experts -- what kind of rose is this? I think Ruth Moorhead said it was Nootka's (spelling?) rose or something like that?? Please confirm or correct.) The photo ended up right where you see it in the photo, at least for the duration of my visit! Didn't know it would fit their dining room so well!
