This series of performances of Man of la Mancha opened the small but wonderful amphitheater-shaped Bistline Theater in the very large (for a city the size of Pocatello) new Stephen Performing Arts Center. Parts of the theater, including the main concert hall (Jensen Hall) was still under construction at the time. The theater director was Dr. Norm Schröder, the music director was Jeff Friedley, and the singing coach was Dr. Diana Livingston-Friedley.
