That's funny! By this morning (Apr 8th) there aren't that many petals left. Enough for me to take a couple more photos, though.

These apricot blossoms at 8th Ave and Halliday St in Pocatello are glorious now; sad to say, the luscious, sweet fruits will all be eaten by squirrels (released, we are told, by scurrilous biology students in the 1930's) before they have even attained ripeness.
