A Silk cotton tree with its massive roots
sits atop the outer east wall of Preah Khan temple.
There is practically
no 'ideal light' day in this part of Cambodia. It's right near the equator.
The day light is always harsh and in a few minutes of sunset its gets pitch dark.
One gets only a few minutes of twilight.
The days average about 85-90 degrees with 70-80% relative humidity. One can get
fantastic reflections in the water most of the time, which only means one thing
that there is no wind. Practically none.
Still worth it though. I found Cambodians to be the most humble
helpful and the nicest people. They make up for the bad weather one hundred percent.
