This is my first medical mission trip overseas.
I have never wanted to go for a medical mission trip. I was approached many times but I declined all invitations. One day, I finally agreed to go to India. I went to Uttar Pradesh, one of the largest states in India that dominates the nation in culture, religion, language and politics. Geographically, it has almost everything except the sea, stretching from Himalayan snows in the northwest to the vast steamy Gangetic plains in the east. It was a memorable as well as a rewarding trip. I would like to share with you my journey. Hope you will enjoy it.
