HO model (Laserkit) of the original depot on Cumbres Pass (CO). Since the building is not very high and its roof is protruding from the walls,
I decided to build a platform underneath and also add interior and exterior lights. This is similar to the depot of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad in Chama (NM).
The height of the platform matches the height above the track of the entrance stairs to the Jackson and Sharp Open Platform Passenger Coach, as seen here from the
D&RGW Railroad (HOn3 model made by Blackstone/Soundtraxx).
