I liked your photos particularly the focus on the environment (not on the race) and the black and white option. I also went there. Take a look at my gallery.

David, I just looked at every one of these! I must say, you do have a great deal of strength shooting B&W -- you really know where to find the lighting, textures, and what will make great tonal range. They're all excellent shots and tell the story of your trip really well. I so enjoyed them all!
