Grand Central

Grand Central Station. On the way to catch a train along the Hudson Valley to Pougkeepsie to visit my mum's cousin Barbara and her husband Arthur. Everything in the US seems bigger than at home in the UK. Grand Central is huge, the trains are bigger and the Hudson river makes the Thames look like a tiny stream.

Lovely station!
BTW - The Hudson may be much bigger than the Thames , but it can't possibly be as wonderful as our beloved river!!

Funny they have this HUGE station, but not so many trains. But there again, I guess Waterloo with its 20+ platforms is just one of nine terminals there are in London!
A classic shot indeed.
Still waiting to see THAT brick!
