Bracken (Pteridium) is a genus of large, coarse ferns in the family Dennstaedtiaceae. It's turning brown and crispy all over the moor at the moment. As this is for the Black & White Challenge, I thought I'd set my little Fuji X-F1 to B&W mode just to see what it can do. Just added a slight contrast adjustment and a little of my usual warm tone and job done.
