The Silette has defeated me. The shutter now works, but for some reason, the winding mechanism doesn't quite turn the shutter cocking mechanism far enough to be primed. It's as if the shutter cam has rotated on the cocking shaft a few degrees. Without taking the whole shutter apart (all those tiny gears and springs) I can't fix it. So the film will wind, but the shutter won't fire. Anyone want's a broken Silette?
