Oct 18: Not medium sliced.

Yeast, flour - two types, sugar, salt, milk powder, butter and water makes bread. Fresh out of the machine and too hot to touch when I set this shot up. It'll make fabulous toast for the morning. And this lucky loaf became a study in texture.

Alternatively, you could buy some pre-sliced flubby 'bread' from a supermarket... full of 'unknowns' and packed in polythene...

Yeah - I can't think of a weekend morning in my house without one - everything loaded in the machine in the evening - newly baked bread ready when you wake up - just perfect !

Ohhh you make the supermarket bread sound so yummy haha. We are lucky to have a fantastic bakery just 2 mins walk away so this morning I picked up hot Walnut and Raison bread Mmmmm.
