They all are generated using the same technique. I made an action that performs the following (I don't have Photoshop open at the moment, so this is from memory):
* Change between polar and rectangular coordinates (don't remember which way).
* Rotate 180 degrees.
* Add a small amount of random noise (like 2% or something).
* Autolevels.
I just repeat this action over and over again, sometimes skipping a step in the action to change the pattern. When it eventually makes a pattern I like, I stop, take a nice crop, resize, and then sharpen to taste. That's it.

Would you mind sharing a bit of the technique in this one? To me, it looks very much like oil paints on somewhat rough canvas, and I love the effect.
