This plant is the offspring of a volunteer
that I allowed to grow in the pot of a
cactus I grew from seed from a plant at my
neighborhood park in Dallas. The cactus is
Escobaria missouriensis. The cactus
plants you see here are offspring of the
one I planted from seed. That one is dead.
