Medicinal Powder

I have caught a cold in Shinchu, people said it is a windy city, I love the Chinese character of 'Windy City' as beautiful words.
It reminds me the wind blew our plaited skirts when we were students, I asked my teacher may I tie a stone on each plait?
I made the medicinal powder by myself at my father's office,
it is the fifth generation of my family kept our ancestral careers such as pharmaceutical makers and doctors

It looks very explosive, possibly frightens the cold away...

Naw ... you can't tie stones to your skirt! Men like it better just as it is! LOL
You sure got me curious about that powder!!! What is it? What does it do? How do you use it?
