Well they are using udon or rice noodles. Good try. Let's give them A for effort at least. It is a colorful dish in their hands.

Wow, doesn't look anything like the spaghetti I know!!!! LOL BTW, NO ONE makes better spaghetti sauce better than I do, honest :)))) Oh boy, a spaghetti in a Japanese restaurant in China!!!!! Ever tried Chinese food in a Mexican restaurant in ... Paris? Oh boy ...!!!! Great shot BTW
