Gallery 17 - Sony HDR-SR11 Video Camera Still Shots

All images in this gallery were taken by my brother Edwin during their tour in Europe early February this year. He bought this video camera a week prior to their tour departure. I posted these photos to share to those who might have the interest of knowing the capability of this video camera in taking still images and the quality of pictures taken. These are not the original photos that came out direct from the video camera but the post-processed ones done slightly with Lightroom 2. With a tag price of about $1,000.00 complete with kit, this video camera can do both video recording and taking still images in high definition. This camera has a 60 GB of storage, 5.1 audio sound, a full 1920 x 1080 video resolution, HDMI, and a 10.2 MP in still shots. That's exactly the same number of pixels as my relatively older yet still dependable Nikon D200.

Again thank you for the compliments. But remember you are the artist who took these pictures. I only did some basic post-processing. Sony HDR-SR11 is an excellent video camera.
