Our neighborhood had it's 50th anniversary celebration of city incorporation.
This is a photo of a brochure from homesite sales that was on display in City hall from Ca. 1955.

Isn't that amazing and it was a couple of years after I graduated from high school. I guess building a house costing less that $5000, if not unthinkable, is laughable now. Wow.
