To the uninitiated or the unfamiliar martial arts training is about fighting.

To the cognoscenti it is vastly more than "fighting".

Persons with martial arts training are far less likely to find themselves in a confrontation that those without, for self control of our actions is a central tenet.

ATA Taekwondo is structure, discipline, respect for authority, courtesy, dedication,perseverance, self control, self confidence, fitness.
...........and much much more. Victory in living.

I, for one, think our kids need more of those qualities to be well adjusted adults.
