This was the topping out ceremony for out new hospital.
The CEO and I were ceremoniously lifted up there to punch the button that started a confetti cannon that blasted out about 100 lbs. of colorful paper shreds.
I found out the operator had been up almost all night. I was at least comforted knowing that his presence in the basket with us motivated him to get us all down safely!
