Progresso is the Mexican port no one has heard of. It has no deep water port for ships so the answer was to build a five mile long pier out into the gulf. go to the ships if they can't come to you! It's a sweaty little coastal town that looks, probably, the same now as 50 years ago except for the newfound tourist trade
