Next day we took a trip on our bicycles to the island of Berneray. It's situated North of North Uist and is linked by a causeway. There is a ferry service from Berneray to Harris.

We rode past 'Dun an Sticir' on the way to Berneray. Dun an Sticir is an Iron Age broch. A building was erected on the site in the late medieval period.
