Yeah, that wall Danny claimed was what we called "The Cook wall" for when the suns heat faded @ the breakwater. Dan the man with the tan :) I see him around. Still lives on Amoroso. Looks great. Same funny personality. Deb don't ya remember how only Danny would spend all this time creating the perfect hole in the sand for all day comfort. Nobody ever more dedicated to getting a tan haha with an ever smug smile on his face. when i wasnt stealing the lifeguards surfboard paddling out just to mess around, or boogie boarding (they call it body boarding now), lying out with the loc's, I was rollerskating or lying out on the counter at Cheapskates. Remember Jeff and Kerry? Jeff owned it and Kerry was his brother who pretty much ran the show. cool guys. They put up with me, so they had ta be!

When CheapSkates opened on the boardwalk, Danny moved his towel from the beach to the wall next to the shop. More girls... I was the shop wrench turner. Does anyone remember open berings? Tad

Danny took his tanning seriously alright - He would take time to dig the perfect tanning pit - Not one speck of sand on the towel - equal amounts of time on both sides- - it was an art form-

I would kick it with Dan at sunsets at breakwater along with a beer. this is my vision of Dan . the sun going down on a summer day him there by the snack shop with a budweisser in brown bag telling stories of life back in the day, or of a swell that was epic (ain't used that word in years ,lol)

Sadler "Dan The Man With The Surfer Tan" LOL! On colder days he'd dig a huge pit and lay in it for hours by the Wall. He loved the young girls and once tried to get me high on Quaaludes to try and take advantage of me. Right! He lost his head for a moment and finally realized I was an older girl and not one of the naiive ones. We still both laugh at that story.
