You know, I thought it was "Crazy" Dave, Randy's Brother ( see the next picture in this gallery) but now I'm not sure?? I don't think I knew Arthur Lake, though I certainly knew his family tree... But this shot is 1984 and I'm thinking Lake was already around with the Z-boyz in the 70's?
