Got no pix of Hosoi on that ramp against that wall but the one of George on the
Z-flex site is one of mine and probably the same quarter-pipe ....no?....and we're talkin a bit of vert there! There is a collection of '87 pavillion Sunday afternoon high-fly pix that I haven't gotten to yet including a full sized version of that particular one which is a favorite of mine

thats Mike A. and that mural was removable and was the first mural i saw that was treated with an anti graffiti spray that allowed for easier clean up without damaging the painting I remember when Hosoi was perched on top of the wall and we had a 1/4 pipe up againt it
and dude DROPPED IN !!! who else was there that day ?

and I noticed this pic is taken during the era when they cut down that wall and put up a chain link fence (look to the far right of the pic) so it was easier for you-know-who to scope inside the pavilion without getting out of the car.... (Yes, whoever tagged VBWL, hmm, I wonder who that could've been, had proper respect and tagged the wall, not the mural).
Not Jaime...somewhere I got a group shot of the wheeliebike guys

That is just a shame, and makes me ashamed for who ever did that. But I like the graff on the bottom.. V.B.W.L. ONLY! Is that Jaime on the bike?
I think it is that Mural that Snapper is in, but it is cut off. I think that might be his dad walking behind the old man.

I remember when you guys all got into those little bikes. Whatever you picked up you would run with it and take it to its extreme...
(What idiot tagged that cool mural? Only supposed to tag murals that are lame...) Glad that happened after I moved away...
