Unlike Rosetta, she wore a body suit beneath the coveralls(not obvious in b&w)...
and she was tall......very,very,tall! (god knows, the dog was taller than me. Anyone remember her?

I'm thinking she lived on Market Street and Riviera, an apartment in that big Grey house. Very tall and the dog was huge....of course she may have moved to the canals
