Izzy he was found after a May rain in a swollen gutter attempting to keep his head out of the water. Initially bottled fed, expanding to regular food quickly, his antics and escapades could fill a book, off lead his passion for chasing speeding vehicles down busy highways some times for over a mile. The occasional damage he caused if tied to anything not strong enough to with stand his tug on a leash like metal outdoor facets or any strong plastic even trees.
