The first of three engines shows it self coming out of the rock cuts between Sloan Nevada and Erie station. Amtrak 25 leads the Grand Luxe railroad out of the Las Vegas valley on it's way to point west (Barstow) where the train will be turned and by early morning this train will be in Williams Az. prepareing to depart to the Grand Canyon
