In any city there are battles big and small, in Las Vegas one of the many battles that is being fought is the war on graffiti. Here a bi-weekly skirmish begins between state Department of Transportation workers and unnamed artists who each week attack the road signs and overpasses with their spray cans. The artists attack at night as do the workers who must shut down either lanes of the freeway or one or more exits. Each weekend another battle begins.
