This felony car stop of a stolen vehicle comes to a safe conclusion with the team work of numerous officers. After a mile and a half tail, with other officers responding and a spike strip in front of the vehicle and one of the Air units overhead these three would be car thieves, decide not to run and give up peacefully in northeast Las Vegas.
