Veteran Volunteer FireFighter Bob Marsh, 78, of Cal Nev Ari Station 84, died in the line of duty on October 14, 2001 between 8:00 and 9:00 pm while responding to a motor vehicle accident on UP 95, across the state line in California. FireFighter Marsh suffered a fatal heart attack during the response.
