The guy in the civilian clothes is George Whaley from Ohio, I believe. He was stationed in Soc Trang and also had a dog named Bo if I'm correct. he was also stationed with me at Ft. Rucker,Alabama in the 141st M.P. Co. in 1967. It has been 42 years since I saw him last, but I'm pretty sure it's him. Ron Clarkson--Det. F(Vung Tau) April 1966-March 1967)
