My son is at the top of the tree and my youngest daughter is at the base. The lighting conditions in the church are the most difficult I have had to work with. Sometimes they have the heaters on which are glowing infr-red and cast a red light. Sometimes there are incandescents turned on (but not today) and then there is natural light, but some of it is coming through colored glass windows. I used a high ISO in this one and used PS to brighten it up.

Super Christmas image, it tells a story and brings out all the warm fuzzy feelings. Cropping a little off the bottom and the left may make it even better.

Now that I look at it here, I'm not happy with the image quality - not very sharp at all. Shutter speed is ok.

Neat the way "lighting" refers to more than one element of this photo. I'd have cropped this a bit closer, which would have cut out some of the brighter light to the left and darkness to the lower right - not as much diversity in lighting that way. I like the way the Christmas Tree lights show.
