Feeble? Doesn't look feeble to me; good pose, not too dark or light and good focus. Usually birds don't sit like this for long...they are trained at an early age to turn their back on photographers, then preen or fly off after ignoring you for a while. Either this bird is a beginner, or you got him before he realized what you were doing. 8^)
