The City spends thousands to put in new handicap accessible curb corners,
then fails to provide enough room for a wheelchair to pass.
Your tax dollars at work. Actually, mine.
Want to bet we all paid through various federal grant money to do the project.

They did however provide a clock for the person in the wheelchair as they try to figure out a way to get by. )-:
