Coaching Day at Stratford Hall, birthplace of Robert E. Lee in Westmoreland County, Virginia.
Lots of beautiful horses and coaches. The Budweiser Clydesdales were there, too. Really enjoyed the folks in period costume. A lot of people were dressed the way you see them at the Kentucky Derby - big hats, etc. There were tailgate parties and Jack Russell (yep, the dogs) races, and the Lancaster High School marching band. Lots of fun, but could have been warmer!
