Not a stellar endorsement for ISO 1600 when viewed @ fullsize....
At 1st I thought it was just the sky but the grass is multicolored with noise...
Good thing it wasn't an under-exposed night shot or available light, indoors shot....
I'm gonna have to try similar shots with the Uzi & Ezi @ their max of 400 ISO for curiosities sake.
Although the Uzi might not have a fast enough shutter to pull that off ;-}
This is a good scene and has strong compositional elements. The colors are compelling, too. The horizon needs a slight bit of straightening. There was no need to shoot this at f16 because this scene with its depth doesn't need a lot of sharpness toward the back of the scene. Not sure either why you chose 1600 ISO because the shutter speed was plenty high at 22mm FL. There is some noise evident in the clouds and sky which could have been avoided at lower ISO. Think I would have tried for f8 at 100 ISO.

Don't know who took this, but it's stunning!
So many different elements pulled all together.
Very painting-like, without any special effects.
