Your latter guess was correct! It's a shop right at the intersection of Elmwood and Breckenridge...I was heading to Feel Rite from Everything Elmwood and liked the bits of blue (not captured well in the end) that surrounded the blue door.
My old stomping grounds. My initial thought was "AllenTown"? But before I read & you gave it away...& I'm not actually familiar with the name in the window. I'll say within a few blocks to the north of Allen... LOL... Maybe less than one, even before North. Just can't decide West or east but will guess west side... Been a long time since I've cruised "The Strip" regularly enough to be able to keep up with store changes.... After that I'd have to go with within a block or two of Breckenridge....Depending on which side of the street.... ;-}
