Errol

you go your way, I'll go mine...
Unfortunately I'm not good at naming all the creatures I photograph. If anybody knows what birds these are, fill in the blank space.

Good bird catch. I don't know what they are, but I like your photo of them.

This is a spectacular shot, Errol...composition, color, clarity!

What great lighting, focus, composition... this is really good! I've never seen these birds before, but would recognize them again from this photo.

So many questions about this wonderful photo of three beautiful birds! Where was this taken? How were you able to get so close (~21mm) without disturbing them? Are their stunning green eyes even more brilliant in person? Is their plumage iridescent? Where they chatty?

My semi-educated guess is that they're Great Cormorants http://www.mangoverde.com/birdsound/spec/spec17-5.html).

If you ask me the photo could double for their new album...I mean CD cover. "The Great Cormorants: Here's Looking At You." :)

You got all three positioned at the same time, good work. Just guessing at what they are, but it looks like three cross cormorants. 8^)
