Benjamin Le

San Diego

Took a trip to my mom's backyard today. It is amazing she can grow so many plants in one small
plot of land. This is one of her favorite flowers which blossomed last month. I didn't get a chance
to take pictures of it until now.

Post processing using Paint Shop Pro: 45% fade correction (Really brings out the color of the sky),
3 degree rotation to the left. Yes, I should not be drinking wine so early in the morning. Unsharp
Mask and filtered through Neat Image. A side effect of Neat Image is that the file compresses
better after the noises are removed... The original was 300K. After Neat Image, it is only 130K!

Ben, This photo needed to be in the gallery and is a great representative image for UZi work. I think this is the best low angle flower photo I have seen. I keep coming back to it. I love the wonderful DOF and the sharpness of the flower. Great shot.

Glad to see this one back up so I can comment again! Great job
on this one, Ben and I think it is one of your best.
