This is Scott's Kirk, one of the old churches that was destroyed when Hurricane Ivan hit Grenada in 2004. The time on the clock suggests that it stopped working at 10:10, suggesting it was damaged at this time. However, a few earlier shots I've taken of the same clock suggest that the minute hand has shifted downwards a little.
