Although I still have two of my 3 beloved Uzis, I now use the little Panasonic FZ35 as a compact, carry-around, ultra zoom. It's perfect for quick hand held shots like this. This newer generation camera does a better job at higher ISO's, and of course, has more mega pixels. The FZ35 is also smaller than the C-2100uz and thus a tad easier to stick in a pocket (big pocket) when I'm out with my DSLR gear.

Meanwhile in many ways, this "new" fixed lens camera very much still reminds me of my old friend, the Uzi who will forever remain a first love and holds a special place in my heart.
