I can imagine these deers saying, "Hey, someone is taking our pictures. Lets pose." Very nice catch.

did you resize the picture ? "digital" sharpness could be better ...
Yes, the deer down here are smaller than their northern counterparts. They are looking at me because I am standing right out in the open by my car!

They look somewhat thinner than the northern deer. Do you think they heard the camera? They seem focused on you...
Do they always look right at you? Like the pose, and not easy with the dark and light. If they do this all the time, this would be a good photo to do in the four seasons.
