Great picture ! I remember the strings of Christmas lights, that went from the top, to the bottom , as well as the changing floodlight colors.

Yep,
The liberties are like 2 or 3 blocks behind & I was 2 or 3 away. If I remember correctly this may also be with the B-300. I'm not completely positive though.

On further reflection, I see now why you picked F8. I was misjudging the buildings the first time.
