Saw this on the building next to where I work. When I first saw it, it was not moving and I thought the facilities people put it up there to scare off birds that might otherwise make a mess. Hours later I heard crows and saw them making dives toward this bird - I then saw it move its head - so IT IS REAL. It has been 4 hours since it moved from this spot.
